For families
We carry learned ways of being from generation to generation.
In families we often inherit ways of loving, protecting, arguing, coping, and staying close. Some of these patterns help us. Some leave us feeling stuck. Family therapy offers a space to notice what has been passed down, understand how each person is shaped by the system around them, and begin creating new ways of relating together.
Seeing families in the therapy room is a pure joy for us. We understand this might sound surprising when you think of your own family, but witnessing families connect and voice things they never have before — in a compassionate and vulnerable way — is truly amazing. You can see the weight of past generational trauma lift, and a new connection begins to grow.
It's also amazing to see how fast vulnerability and connection can grow with safe leadership.

How sessions work
Family sessions are held by video, with everyone in the same room together. Before we begin, we'll help you set up the camera and microphone so each person is in frame and can be heard — it matters that we can see how you turn toward one another, not just who is speaking.
Families with teens age 12 and up.
Families of adults — parents and grown children, siblings.
Everyone joins from one room, on one screen.
Start with a free 15-minute consultation.
Tell us who's in your family and what's been hard lately. Not everyone has to be ready at the same time.
