Any other insurance

You pay the full session fee.

$250 per session for couples and family therapy (55 minutes).

$200 per session for individual therapy (50 minutes).

Charged to a stored card on the day of your appointment.

A sliding scale is available based on need.

We provide a superbill you can submit for reimbursement.

Ask your plan about out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits before you start.

How to check your CareFirst benefits

Step 1 Call the member services number on the back of your CareFirst card.
Step 2 Ask: "Do I have mental health benefits? What is my copay or coinsurance for outpatient therapy?"
Step 3 Ask: "Do I need a referral or prior authorization?"
Step 4 Write down the representative's name and reference number.

Couples & family $250 per 55-minute session
