About the practice
A relational practice, built from the ground up.
What we believe
We believe that meaningful relationships are a key part of living an examined life that brings joy and fulfillment. They are the foundation from which we develop and grow.
Without them, it is difficult to feel grounded, and we often end up making life choices out of fear — closing ourselves off from opportunities and making ourselves smaller in the name of comfort.
Learning how you are in relationships, and how to build the ones you need in order to flourish, is a lifelong process. This process can be joyful, leaving you with a sense of belonging and interconnection without feeling suffocated.
We see clients grow most when they are willing to bring their relationships into the room — because growth happens faster and more deeply when your relationships themselves become part of the healing.
And through this work, you can begin to build the kind of connections that allow you to feel alive, grounded, and free.
